Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Beds, crates, toys, and special order items are not returnable. Refunds are made for the purchase amount on your receipt, minus the shipping & handling. Opened products are not returnable, with the exception of products guaranteed by the manufacturer. Returns after the 30 days are not accepted.
